Understanding Grief, July 16th 2021

 People won’t fully understand your grief. Your healing process may seem slow and like you’re not doing what they feel you should fast enough.

Breathe.
You’ve got this.
Take all the time you need.
You know what you need for healing. There is no one right way or one path while grieving.
Grief is like a tree branch, spiraling off into many directions. Healing is similar too in that there are several ways one can be comforted after loss.
