This week's grief counseling session felt like a weekly overview, a catch-up of what's been happening. Today's takeaway, put myself out there and mention how I'm feeling and where I am... I have done this the last few months however it's not gone very far. Despite the fact that I now feel much more antisocial, I still enjoy spending time with people who want to spend time with me. Just unsure who all to reach out to now...
