One year ago we received the worst phone call on the day of our anniversary. Full Trisomy 18. Today marks the one year since our world shattered for a future with our baby girl. We would only have a few more months in womb and then after birth, about ten hours in our arms as a family of four. Noelle will always be living in our hearts. In her memory.
