I can agree with much of this. Child loss is the worst loss and even six months later it still feels very raw. Yes we move forward with our lives, easier to do so when we don’t get frequent reminders that we should do something with our time or we’ve grieved long enough… I’ve learned to embrace the feelings I have and not hide them. Those emotions are valid. Life continues forward if you like it or not. Kindness goes a long way. And acknowledging their child and saying their name can mean the world as it shows they are not forgotten.
