Spreading Kindness

Yesterday when driving I saw this mural on a fence on a street near our home. I felt that the message was one I needed to read. What this world needs is more kindness. 

Kind hearts, kind thoughts, kind actions. 

Last week was challenging emotionally for me, especially during moments of concern about our baby girl and an unexpected quick visit to triage L&D at the hospital. Like always our baby girl was ok and does not like being monitored. We continue to hold onto hope. 

If you're thinking your decisions and choices impact only you, I feel you're mistaken. This year hasn't been easy for most people, spreading kindness to others goes a long way.
